The residential villa was designed in a modern style and includes a basement floor that includes recreational activities such as the gym, the diwaniya, and the home cinema room. The ground floor has been allocated a distinctive U-shaped design, including a luxurious entrance to receive guests, a men's majlis, and an office room. The other side includes a living room with an open panoramic view of the garden and pool. The upper floors include the bedrooms in an elegant hotel style design.
